How much does a custom brick set for a company cost?

Short answer: published prices for a desk-sized custom set run from about $5 to $70 per boxed set, usually with a minimum order of 100 sets. Here is where that number comes from, what moves it, and how the main suppliers compare.

The price range, in plain numbers

A custom brick set is a building kit designed around something your company owns: a logo, a product, a mascot or a building. It comes with its own parts, building instructions and a branded box. Almost every supplier sells them in batches, not one at a time, because the design work is the same whether you order 100 sets or 1,000.

Published prices put a small desk model (a logo or a simple product, a few dozen to a couple of hundred pieces) at roughly $5 to $35 per set, and a medium model at roughly $35 to $70. Large display pieces run past $100 per set. For a first order of 100 sets, a realistic budget is therefore $2,000 to $5,000, and most suppliers will not start below that.

What makes one set cost more than another

  • Piece count. The biggest lever by far. Every extra piece is a part to buy, sort and pack. A flat logo needs fewer pieces than a three-dimensional product.
  • Genuine or compatible bricks. Genuine LEGO® elements cost more than compatible bricks from other manufacturers. Brick Built Models, for example, advertises its alternate-brand option as about 37% cheaper.
  • Quantity. Design is a fixed cost spread across the batch, so the per-set price falls as the order grows.
  • Printed parts and the box. Custom-printed bricks, a full-colour box and a printed booklet add cost compared with stickers, a plain box and digital instructions.
  • Speed. Rush production usually adds a surcharge. Brick Built Models lists +15% and +35% options.
  • Shipping and duties. Check whether the quote is delivered to your door or ex-factory. Duties on imported toys can change the final number.

Which one fits your order

If you need fewer than 100 sets, CorporateBrick’s 10-set minimum is the clear option, and it is the fastest on this list. BuildaMOC also works for small batches of premium kits, as long as the project reaches $3,500.

If the lowest per-set price matters most, a small model from DD Bricks starts lower than we do, and compatible bricks from CorporateBrick or Brick Loot usually beat genuine ones on price.

If you need to show your boss what the set will look like before anyone signs, that is the gap Brixel was built for. You can generate a concept of your own brand as a boxed set in our free studio in a few minutes, and our prices are on the page: €2,900 for 100 sets, €5,900 for 250 sets, €9,900 for 500 sets, with design, custom box and worldwide delivery included. That works out to about €29, €24 or €20 per set. A human designer then turns the concept into a buildable model, you approve a tested prototype, and production starts only after that.

A quick way to budget

  1. Count the people who will receive a set, then add 10% for new hires and spares.
  2. Pick the size: a desk-sized logo or product model is enough for most gifts.
  3. Multiply by $20 to $35 per set for a small model at 100 to 500 sets, then ask two suppliers to quote the same brief.
  4. Work back from your date. Most suppliers need 5 to 14 weeks, so a conference in three months is about the latest safe start.
